Peer Mediation

We are proud to use Peer Mediation as a conflict resolution technique throughout our school.

We believe that this supports our children in developing independence, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

Our Peer Mediators are given full training in the roles and responsibilities that they will need to undertake and are fully supported in taking on these important roles.

 

School Council

Pupil voice is an important part of our school, and the School Council is key in ensuring that pupils are able to share their ideas and contribute to the improvement of the school experience for all pupils.Councillors are elected by their peers to represent their class on the school council which meets regularly.
